Calabrian Chili Cheese Dip
Another creation that came from participating in the Boca Raton Wine and Food Festival. Perfect on a cracker or for dipping crispy veggies.
- 1 pkg full fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Silafunghi Calabrian Chili Paste
- 2 1/2 tablespoons grated parmigiano cheese, I like to use Grana Padano but any kind is fine
- 2 teaspoons EVOO
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Blend together with an electric mixer or food processor for 5 minutes. Keeps for up to 2 weeks in the coldest part of the fridge. Buon appetito !
