This semi-wholegrain pasta variety contains Heirloom Emmer wheat (FARRO), Etruscan beans and millet. Once known as the staple foods of ancient Mediterranean civilizations, together they provide a complete food, with a high content of vegetable proteins, a much more digestible LOW gluten content, and a rich source of fiber.
