This delicious red pesto with truffles sauce makes it easy to make quick truffle dishes with authentic Italian flavors. Combining decadent truffles, extra virgin olive oil, sundried tomatoes, grana padano and pecorino cheeses, and spices, this balanced sauce is ready-to-go with any of our short noodle Paone pastas !
Perfect with ziti, farfalle or even Pizza and Bruschetta, try this sauce when you have little time but want a delicious dish. Lovely as a spread for a sandwich, accompanying omelets , baked chicken or tossed with potatoes too !
Directions for Pasta: Warm the sauce in a pan over low heat. When the sauce is warm add cooked pasta and add a few tablespoons of pasta water. Toss and serve with extra cheese and a drizzle of evoo.
Once opened store in refrigerator covered in olive oil. 180 gm ( 6.35 oz)
