Our Pear Balsamic Vinegar is developed by our very own Chef Rasheed and blended exclusively for us. It is made with REAL Pears and white balsamic from Modena Italy.   Perfect for a salad. Try this mixed with our Trampolini EVOO over crunchy salad greens, toasted walnuts, and gorgonzola or goat cheese. Take it further with the addition of sliced chicken breast and sliced pears. Its makes a scrumptious summery vinaigrette mixed with any of our citrus flavored EVOOS too ! Fabulous on ice cream topped with fruit !!!  Like all of our flavored vinegars only 100% pure fruit extracts are used. There are no thickening agents or sugar added.
