Nostrano, meaning “our own”, and is Master salumiere Antonio Fiasche’s original. Like their other salami, Nostrano is made from heritage Berkshire and Duroc pigs raised on family farms, and like many traditional salami,  we seasoned it with wine (Chianti) and garlic. They stray from tradition by adding pink peppercorns to bring a floral aromatic and striking color to every slice. Nostrano pairs well with Chianti of course, and will complement any light red or crisp sparkling white, as well. 4.5 oz

Pork products are made with 100% heritage pork. They are never given antibiotics, no growth promotants or hormones, and are always vegetarian-fed.
