This gluten free pasta variety contains Whole grain brown rice, white corn, Etruscan broad beans, and millet.
*In addition to being a source of protein and fiber, Etruscan broad beans are a good source of Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, Copper and Selenium. They contain vitamin A, vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B9 (folic acid).
*Whole Grain Brown rice is minimally processed retaining the germ where protein and vitamins A, D, E, and K are present.
*White corn is rich in fiber, some mineral salts (iron, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and potassium), and low in nickel. It also contains vitamin A and B vitamins (vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6). It is a source of folic acid and ferulic acid.
*Millet is naturally rich in mineral salts such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron as well as vitamins of groups B, A and E. Millet is also a natural source of antioxidants. In addition, tryptophan, an essential amino acid essential for the production of serotonin, the "happiness" hormone, is present.
Once known as the foods of ancient Mediterranean civilizations, together they provide a complete food, with a high content of vegetable proteins and rich source of fiber.
