This gluten free pasta variety contains red lentils and Carnaroli whole grain brown rice.
*In addition to being a source of protein and fiber, red lentils contain a large number of vitamins, above all vitamin A, B1, B2, C, PP, mineral salts such as calcium, potassium and iron, and are very low in fat.
*Whole Grain Brown Carnaroli rice is minimally processed retaining the germ where protein and vitamins A, D, E, and K are present.
Once known as the foods of ancient Mediterranean civilizations, together they provide a complete food, with a high content of vegetable proteins and rich source of fiber.
