This gluten free pasta variety contains Heirloom Etruscan broad beans and Carnaroli whole grain brown rice.

*Broad beans are rich in protein and vegetable fiber and are a good source of Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, Copper and Selenium. They contain vitamin A, vitamin B1 (thiamine) and vitamin B9 (folic acid)

*Whole Grain Brown Carnaroli rice is minimally processed retaining the germ where protein and vitamins A, D, E, and K are present.
